I'm a chemical engineering master's student at KMUTT's Practice School (ChEPS). I like process work where a model meets a real plant: I spent six months at Thaioil building Aspen HYSYS models from live plant data. Outside the flowsheets, I build small tools that solve everyday problems for the people around me.

I owned process design and optimization: the transesterification reactor and separation train in Aspen HYSYS, plus a biogas unit I proposed to turn the plant's filter waste into about 3,800 m³ of biogas a day.

Replaced a paper logbook for 400 students and staff. I tested the hardware, set it up on the department network and trained the guards. Try the demo.

Four roommates, six monthly bills, and nobody sure who had already paid. I turned our spreadsheet into a web app everyone can open from their phone.

About
Built a rigorous HYSYS model of a crude distillation, vacuum distillation and hydrotreating train, validated to within 5% of plant operation. Quantified preheat-train fouling, and found a splitter overhead-pressure setpoint worth an estimated six figures (USD) a year.
